The ice cream was very good the only problem was that because the inside of the store was warm the ice cream was soft

The ice was melted. My guess is the steel cooled plate they mix it on was not cold enough. We got the ice cream, payed, and went out to the car and my girlfriends ice cream was almost completely liquid. The ice cream is over priced to begin with so if I get it melted it is not OK.
