The women that work at the counter are more interested in their conversations rather than helping someone trying to pay off their debts. They also don't know how to help a customer, instead of explaining where I should go to resolve my issue they just say, "Which Washington township? Their are 6 and this isn't the one." Without telling me where the other location is. They where rude and honestly should look for employment where they don't interact with people
