The staff was kind and obliging, even though it felt like a rainforest inside. HOT and HUMID as all hell. I asked the cashier if it was just me or is it really hot in here (I'm on meds that make me sweat profusely, and hot humidity kills me, I'm oversensitive when it comes to heat.) And the kid said "Yeah man, it's like an oven... And we have zero control of the climate in here, that's regulated by corporate.. Or some computer." I couldn't work 8 hours in those clothes in that oven of a store. The staff went out of their way to help me find what I needed, everything was priced decently. It's no Walmart when it comes to prices, nobody is when it comes to physical big box stores. I was very satisfied, if not sweaty, when I left.
I have my wedding registry at BB&B. We went to another location to set it up and were treated like royalty. However, I came by this location to return/exchange a few items that I received that were damaged, and we met with unhelpful employees that were rather unfriendly and unhelpful.
They hovered over me and my 2 grandkids in a double stroller it felt very judgemental
