Never had a problem. Nurse Rosetti is amazing. I love it here. Everyone is nice and welcoming.

I have been with Dr. Schwartz for over 20 years. He and all the other doctors are wonderful, kind, and caring. But today I called at 8am to schedule with one of them because I am very sick. You don't get to talk to a person in the office. It is now part of Kennedy Health Alliance so someone in a central location does all the scheduling. This person told me they couldn't get me in today as I am not entered in their system yet and would require a longer appt. She checked her other offices and had nothing for today or tomorrow. I said "but I'm sick". She told me I could go to their "Fast Care" in an Acme in Audubon!...about 40 minutes away. I don't think Dr. Schwartz realizes this is how his patients are being treated. It's really sad and I will probably change doctors. I like a smaller, more personal office.
I selected them when they were listed among the Top Docs in the region, but since they aligned themselves with Kennedy, they went down hill quick. While I was despirately trying to reach my doctor Marc Michaelson, Nurse Gerety completely missed the classic symptoms of a stroke. It wasn't until I called the nurse-on-call listed in my insurance company's website that I was directed to the ER. I was diagnosed with a stroke and lost some peripheral vision in my left eye due to the service I received from Kennedy Health Alliance on Fries Mill Road. If you are looking for a new primary care doctor, consider someone else. It appears that they became too busy and lost their focus on providing quality health care. I've been in and out of Inspira Vineland for this stroke (Sat to Wed), and my Primary Care Physician from Kennedy Health Alliance STILL hasn't returned my MANY calls OR two text messages. I wouldn't recommend going to a "Kennedy anything" for healthcare. I lost partial vision because of them, and they still haven't responded. But giving credit where it is due, Nurse Gerety did give me a flu shot - IDIOT!
One star for the phone system terrible set up and very rude.
This place is horrible , Ever since Dr Evans left I've had nothing but problems not only with them losing my patient folder countless times but the Drs just wanna get you in & out. They will not & do not take anything you say into consideration. Your feelings thoughts symptoms experience ect seriously has no impact on how they will treat you. They are not personal its a business to them & thats it. So sad !!
