Brought in my old phone to switch to a new one had alot of technical difficulties but they were able to figure it and got my service going again thanks guys!

These guys are complete jerkoffs The kid Juan talks real tough over the phone but when you go into the store he buckles up .... go with Verizon much better customer service

There customer service is horrible. They always have one person on the floor working. The other employees are either in the back or on the computer not helping the customers that's waiting to get helped. There shouldn't be no reason why one customer should be waiting four hours just to be helped.
