My daughter sent flowers for my birthday and the arrangement was gorgeous! Then there was a problem with the flowers so I called and spoke with Kelly. She couldn't possibly be more helpful and courteous. She immediately took care of the problem without hesitation. I wish all companies had such excellent customer service! Thank you for such a great experience!!
Very happy with the service we were provided by Fireside Florist. Carol (owner), her husband & another Carol work here. I think there are more, but I didn't meet them. They were all very friendly & helpful. They understood exactly what I was looking for & exceed my expectations. We got bouquets & boutonnieres from here. Seeing the quality of their work with this makes me think if we had chosen to get our reception flowers from them as well, we wouldn't be disappointed. We chose to do the reception flowers ourselves. (I had vases from my sisters wedding the year before. I couldn't let them go to waist.) Over all, I am very pleased with what Fireside Florist had done for us & would recommend them to anyone & everyone!
