Great friendly staff
My daughter went to Inspira and was told she had strep and prescribed an antibiotic. Her throat was never swabbed, the doctor diagnosed her by observation only, is this the new way of diagnosing strep ?? Next day, I took her to Virtua where she was swabbed and they took blood work for lymes and mono. I understand Inspira does not do blood work but the dr can write a script for blood work, right? By the way, she did not have strep so prescribing an antibiotic was not helpful at all. On the plus side, the front desk has been helpful but tracking down the office manager has not been easy, the reason for the 2 stars. We do not plan on going there again.
The wait times are usually pretty good and the staff is quick and helpful.
Rude front-office answering the phones. Visited last week, and the medication the doctor had prescribed didn't help at all. So I called back, asking to leave a message for the doctor to follow up. The person answering the phone replied in a nasty tone, "You should see your primary care doctor, or come back in for another visit." This is in stark contrast to the AFC Urgent Care just around the corner, where the doctors always follow up on their own. I normally have very positive experiences with Inspira, but I definitely will not be back to this facility.
