Extremely knowledgeable staff in a friendly, "homey" environment, staff knows my dogs by name and what food I buy. Always friendly and go over the top to accommodate my needs even when I can be a little demanding because of my dogs allergies. Self wash is always clean, won't ever go to other locations. Do yourself a favor and stop in you'll see what I mean

As a former employee and loyal patron of Pet Valu, I absolutely will never enter this location again. I advise all animal lovers to purchase products, food,and seek advice from other nearby locations. The glassboro store and soon to open Deptford store are worth the extra 4 minute drive. Close this store, it's not worth the rent. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. How did they pass the necessary evaluation of employment?
