Yesterday, my appointment began at 3:20 and I left the office at 5:00. THANK YOU to Sarah, Sandra and especially Dr. Tara Strickler who cared so very much for my little guy and spent an enormous amount of time with me answering questions and concerns. Your bedside manner was more than professional; it was empathetic and truly genuine. I cannot be more happy with the service provided and while I felt terribly guilty for taking up so much of your time, I am grateful for people like you who obviously love your job and I felt more confident leaving your facility as a pet parent because I knew exactly how to handle medications, situations that may arise and most importantly- what is absolutely normal for my dog. I was not worried at all last night or today and O'Malley is doing just great!
Yesterday, I was so thankful for the wonderful care at Regional Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care. Originally, I chose the care of these wonderful physicians because of the true kindness and attentiveness shown to my family and I during an emergency one terrifying evening with my parent's (and mine) miniature dachshund. When I moved into the area and decided to become a first-time pet parent alone, I decided that I wanted Dr. Hayes as my puppy's PCP right away and thought how lucky I was to have a clinic with ER and 24/7 care so close by.
I was admittedly so disappointed to find out that Dr. Hayes does not take appointments, but happy to know he may be around in case of emergency.
As a first time pet parent, I am no doubt the patient I know driving clinicians crazy. My background is eight years of healthcare and I am always prepared with questions but they are backed with lots of love for my O'Malley.
If I had one piece of feedback at all, it would only be for submission of paperwork. Each time I have visited, I have had a difficult time getting my puppy's medical records submitted to his pet insurance. I have had to go back and forth between the insurance company and the vet office and I think the office could make this a bit easier. This is just a small observation that could be easily solved with a little management.
I had an emergency with my pet the other night, and the team at Regional Vet in Turnersville was excellent. They quickly helped me get my dog out of my car since he's a large breed. He was immediately taken for an x-ray while I filled out a couple pieces of papers. I saw the tech within minutes and then the veterinarian (Dr. Maser) quickly after that. Both women were patient with me, extremely compassionate, and amazing with my pet. I would recommend this business and Dr. Maser to anyone.
Great staff! They spent more than enough time with myself and my pet, making us feel comfortable and giving us plenty of time and information to understand the situation completely. Wonderful atmosphere also, very clean! Great overall experience!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm glad to find that I didn't need to have a specific physician at this facility because the next one was just as caring. Sarah and Sandra were equally as helpful and incredibly educated in the areas of my concern.
Their primary concern is how much money they can get from you. Get a second opinion before giving agreeing to anything here. We did, but it was too late and we had already spent more than we should. Our second opinion told us that they shouldn't have done most of what they did and our dog should have been put down because there was little to nothing anyone could have done. After I decided to have him put down Regional made several sales calls to me to try to negotiate more procedures.
Again, thank you all for your kindness and care.

As I approach the final semester of my MBA in organizational leadership, I applaud this facility for their ability to provide wonderful guest service while running multiple areas of care and specialties.
Treated dog amazingly like it was their own. The vet assistant Colleen was great. Highly recommend this place. Only thing is their just a little bit pricey, but here when you need them
