First and foremost the kids had a great time. However, from a paying customer - parent perspective - the experience was not the best. A few things - *The air conditioner was broke. I am not sure when it broke, not that it matters, we should have been notified that it was not working and given the option to reschedule. It was extremely hot in the dart area. Granted you could "cool down" in the party room, however it was not anywhere near the dart area so the adults couldn't see them from the party room.*Communication. While my communication through email with you was fine, I tried calling the Ballpark numerous times to pay our deposit. I left several messages through voicemail and did not receive a phone call back until July 5th. I unfortunately missed that call, but then called back again everyday. On Saturday, July 8th someone finally answered. I spoke to a young girl and explained that I needed to make a deposit and ask a few questions about the party, she stated that no one knew how to do that. She took my name and number and said that someone would call me back. No one ever did. On Monday, July 10th, I called again and asked to speak with a manager. At that time I finally spoke to Chris. *Party Hosts. While they were both very nice, I am not sure what they actually did. They handed me the clip board to collect parent signatures for the waivers. In the party room - They had the party room set up for us with paper products. However, once the pizza came out, they did not serve all of the kids, my self and other adults had to do that. When it was time to sing, I also had to initiate that, and set the cake up in front of the birthday boy. I don't think that they even knew that my son was the birthday boy. They did nothing to make him "stand out" as the guest of honor. They then disappeared again, we had to find them to ask for plates and napkins for the cake. In the dart arena - It was pretty disorganized, partly because the kids did not get the concept of the games because they were not explained well, but also because all the hosts did was stand at the side and set the timer. They initially let all of the kids load their dart blasters with darts, and then put the rest of the darts away. There should have been extra darts thrown about for kids to reload as is done on your open play nights. A lot of time was wasted stopping so that they could all reload. They did not ref, nor keep score during the games. At the end of the party they did not box up the extra pizza, rather just left containers on the table.*At one point I went back to the party room to get a drink. One of your employees was loudly bashing a previous customer to the manager. They were sitting behind the counter and the young lady was complaining about her. I just found it

inappropriate since guests were in the building. *Did I mention it was hot! Because of the heat the adults could definitely not hang with the kids on the dart field. Our guest were looking forward to being a "kid" again, and my son was excited to have a nerf war with his dad. But it was just so hot. Everyone was soaked within minutes. *Silly, but also important. We were leaving to get in the car and Victoria ran out, and gave us my son's "free" shirt. It was an XL, he's 7. I asked her if there was anything smaller and she said no. We chose your establishment because my son had been there for an open dart night and loved it. For the amount of money that we paid I am extremely disappointed in the experience. I really do not believe we got our money's worth. We've been to many different places for parties, both as guests, and customers, and Legends Ball Park left a lot to be desired. Our guests were also disappointed in the experience, and unfortunately none of us will be back, nor recommend your establishment. I hope, in the future, your hosts and managers receive more adequate training for handling birthday parties at your establishment.

I went to the nerf gun battle with my kids they had the time of their lives. Very fun and family friendly

A really fun spot for a birthday party! The staff is very friendly and eager to please, the pizza was delicious, and everyone had a great time!

We just had our sons 10th birthday party here, and it was great!! Our party hostess was amazing. The owners are wonderful, and very accommodating ! I will definitely recommend people to come here if they are looking for a fun party. We had kids ages 4-14 for the Nerf war, and everyone had fun!
