Fortunately I'm aware that there are all five star and one star ratings. People either love them or hate them… Something doesn't seem accurate with this rating system. Being as I have studied statistics for many years - all real valuable information regarding any type of company or business will not be found in places such as websites that allow you to post just because you have an account connected to their site. Remain informed and consider the source of the information. From personal experience this company has provided many people with resources beyond other agencies and have gone above and beyond. It's disheartening that people feel threatened enough to make false claims.
Great experience. Had family members go to another agent with another company and had horrible service. Recommended Fred Calvello to them and they even said they learned more within the first 5 minutes of meeting with him than the entire few months with the other agent. Wash Twp. Century 21 office is the best around. All of their office employees and staff are friendly and welcoming for every meeting and closing we have ever had. Working with Val is great, she is available 7 days a week and responds immediately to all questions/requests. That's how we chose to work with her in the first place. She gets the job done!!
