A very great facility with tremendous staff. Dr. A and Dr. Ahmed are always willing to help make both patient and staff feel at home. The levels of commitment and dedication shown by the doctors to better their patients' lives is truly admirable. Maryanne (the office manager) is exceptional at doing what she does, keeping a very smooth-running office. Knowing patients by name is one thing; connecting with them is another. Both doctors and Maryanne tend to do both extremely well, to the extent of organizing cookouts, making patients and staff feel like a family! Highly recommended!
I've been a patient here for a couple of years now and I must say it's a nice, modern facility with great staff. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly receptionist to the gentle phlebotomist, you feel like you're in good hands. Dr. A and Dr. Ahmed are always willing to help make their patients feel at home and like family! I highly recommend this place! ❤️
I spent 3 months at this clinic as student so I got a chance to see how it is run and get to know all the providers and staff there. I can tell that providers doing their best to help patients and going extra mile to solve any problems patients may have. Weekly meeting are designed to increase patient satisfaction and decrease patient wait time. Because of the clinic is being pretty big, blood work, EKG, Ultrasound etc tests can be done there for patients convenience, so I do recommend this clinic as primary care and medical Spa, Dr. Ahmed is awesome.
They have horrible and I mean horrible wait times, over a hour and half! And I am still waiting! And if it wasn't for a referral I need i would of left! This is not the first time either. I am not the only patient. I know other people who have experienced the same here. Records are all over . And they hardly are able to keep employees at this establishment. they are quick to take your payment and slow as hell service you! I will definitely no longer visit this medical office.
Just received my first injection of xeomen at Mediversity with Dr. Abdulghani. I appreciate the time he took out to explain to me the whole process and how he answered all of my questions. It is now day two since my initial visit and I must say I am BEYOND SATISFIED with the results! Thank you so much! I will most definitely be back in 3 months.
