Wonderful place & service! I just googled Oreck to get the phone# so I could take my vacuum cleaner in for service. Chris answered and was polite as ever. In fact, the last few times I was there, he was down to earth and to the point, no sugar coating. He also went over and above with his service and honored a warranty that was overdue. I can't believe all the negative comments so I wanted to share my experience. They stand behind their product (which is unusual these days). I hope people don't listen to all the negativity and hate because that is NOT what this place is all about. I will continue to go here and I will continue to refer others here.
As for his service, he has been terrific. Fast turn around and always serviced right the first time.
I have used the Turnersville Oreck location and worked with Chris and his staff for 12 years. He, and his staff, have always been courteous and professional while serving my vacuum and other household and business office needs.
I honestly can't urge people enough to avoid this owner! Chris Noyes, the owner is an angry man who will threaten you and verbally abuse you! You can tell right away when you walk in! This man threatens his customers and shouldn't even be allowed to own a business. Please if you are planning to buy a vacuum here go somewhere else!!! He told a woman that he "hopes you die" and to "get the F*** out of my store" when she mentioned to him that he was being cranky and providing poor customer service. Then, he proceeded to kicking everyone out because he felt "insulted" by her honest criticism. This isn't the first time I've noticed this type of behavior. Notice the below review it looks like something similar happened to him, and its not going to stop. If the location wasn't so close I would have never gone here for the last few years, but from here on out I will go ANYWHERE but here!
He is knowledgeable, and won’t hesitate to give you advice based on his many years of experience. I never felt he was just out to see I spent the most he could get.
Response to the owner's response... I am not the husband nor did I post any false information. I know over 7 people off the top of my head who have had similar experiences with you. The lady "insulted" you so you told her you "hope she'd die". You are the one that is lying in this situation. No matter what she said to you as a business owner this is unacceptable. You are an angry miserable man and I will be praying for you. I am looking forward to your legal action.
Chris Noyes the owner is completely unprofessional. Called my wife the C word in his store and told me to get the F out. Unbelievable!!
In & out with great service. Asked what the problem was and got them fixed and got me out of store in no time.
