Been dealing with AAA for years. Booked 2 Cruise's with Susan and a third one for 2019. I have no complaints. Also have our insurance through them.
Customer service acts uninterested
Took forever to answer phone. Was disconnected after being on hold at some hub center I was patched over to in some other state . That's what happened when I called Turnersville office #
In customer.; rather a nuisance to them.
I called the specific office couple times to try to get information want to find out if they have information with while visiting office. The first time it just rang and rang. And the second time someone picked up and hung up on me as soon as they pick up the phone. Terrible customer service.
Susan claimed 18 years experience but I felt like she just started. Not very helpful. She spoke to us like we were already supposed to know all of this. Didnt answer questions and cut us off while speaking. Steer clear.
Bad impression overall.
Susan discriminated against a same sex couple since they walked in the door. She yelled over another woman who was on the phone asking the couple which side they needed. They told her they needed her side. She told them to wait until the other woman was off the phone because "it's her turn". After the woman got off the phone Susan called them back to her desk. They were inquiring about a trip to another country and Susan told them there was a retreat that was for couples only therefore they would not be able to go. The couple had a young impressionable child with them and the child seen the parents being discriminated against. I plan on letting AAA head office know about this situation because Susan should not be working in a place that deals with people if she can not handle a diverse population.
