My first visit, I didn’t wait very long. Everyone in there was so nice and so sweet with my scared puppy. I’ve read rhe reviews and I am a little concerned about being over charged, but as far as my first visit, I was very happy. They called the next day to see how my pup was and I also got a nice post card in the mail. I’m willing to go back and give them a fair chance. If I find, I’m being charged a ridiculous amount of money, I’ll have to find another vet and would hate to do that. I liked it there!
Everyone seemed nice and friendly, but their services are extremely over-priced, and I felt pressured into agreeing to costly services on multiple occasions that were available MUCH cheaper at other respected veterinarians. For a dental cleaning, they quoted $700+, and if teeth extractions were needed, they said it would be close to $1300. Compare that to my previous (respected) veterinarian who quoted $350 for the cleaning, and #20 for any teeth extractions. I won't be coming back to All Creatures.
We have been to numerous veterinarians over the years and have found All Creatures one of the most comprehensive and up-to-date. I read many price complaints but we have compared services vs prices and there is a big difference. The old apples to oranges. Want cheap you get cheap. Want value guess what you pay for value. The prices here are similar to other high quality hospitals. Your pets are a responsibility and their care should be a priority. We are very satisfied here and feel our money is very well spent for the quality of care our crew receives. We have and will continue to recommend to every pet owner we come across. THank you for the continues great care for Sassy, Kelvin, Duke and Vix.
Dr. Weiss is amazing! The care he has given our pup Riley has been nothing more than marvelous! He has been caring, patient and understanding with our many visits and even more questions. The vet techs are also great we feel as if the office truly cares for Riley and always patient with us.
