The service was awesome and I already left feeling impressed, but what sold me was when I walked to my car and seen a holiday decor box filled with candy and a "Thank you" note from them. It really is about the little things!
Second visit with both my cars and its great. Just had my main vehicle ( Lincoln MKZ ) serviced and car rides and feels better than when i initially bought it from dealer.
I was recently referred to Miles Auto Service by my warranty company after experiencing auto problems with a new car I purchased. We dealt with Fred who from the very beginning of the repairs up until completion was very responsive, a great communicator and an exceptionally talented auto mechanic. My Audi ended up needing a whole new engine built and Fred and his team at Miles Auto delivered my car back to me working like a charm.
I've had the best experience thus far at Miles Auto Service. I was recommended to them by a friend and will continue to drive the half hour away from home to get my car worked on here!
Before going for pick-up, I received a text message from them with a detailed report of their findings. The techs went as far as to attach images of the part in question, so that I could see the damaged/concern area. The report with attached photos and comments showed that the techs were thorough in their inspection and demonstrates credibility of their work.
Great customer service and prices. They also have a web-app that they send date stamped pics of the parts they recommend to repair or replace. i can tell you Lexus is not even that advanced!
From now on our family will use Miles Auto for all our service and repairs. They are honest, friendly and deserve a rating well above 5 stars. I thank them so very much.
Since my car is older, I wanted to get it completed inspected to maximize the life of my vehicle. I called and scheduled an appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and easy to talk to. She assured me that they'd check it out and would send me a report of their findings when they finished.
Great service every time. Fred and his staff maintenance and repair all of our company vehicles as well as my personal ones too. Always quick, reliable, and honest. Pictures and detailed inspection reports really help to give you piece of mind that the work being completed was needed and was done. From bullet proofing our diesel engine, to lifting my jeep, and every oil change in between you can count of Miles to take care you.
When I got there for pick-up, the same receptionist greeted me and was very friendly. She reviewed the report and the techs comments with me and made sure I understood everything. After, she offered to give me pricing estimates for certain repairs needed on my vehicle. She took her time to explain everything and wasn't rushing me out the door, which is what I expect but hardly ever receive.
