Very friendly and accommodating. I have brought my car here a few times and always felt that I was dealt with honestly and fairly.
Called ahead to ask if they do car inspections & get a price. By the time I get to the shop they tell me they can't do an inspection today because they're "wrapping up for the day" despite the fact that as per Google, they are 24hrs. When I asked why the person on the phone didn't tell me they aren't doing inspections today, I was blamed for not asking and then told they simply could not help me.
Service Automotive is a fantastic local shop that has worked on both my Saturn and Volkswagen while I was going to school at Rowan. I've had oil changes, tire replacements, and a suspension parts replaced. They were never pushy with services or parts that I needed when I came in and they did a professional job.
This is awful customer service and it should've been mentioned on the phone that what I was inquiring about wasn't able to be done today. And I definitely should not have been blamed for it.
