Poor produce (consistently old and spoiled or mis-shapen). Horribly slow deli counter service.
We have been shopping at this store for 30 years ,In the past year or so the Store has gone downhill . Products are hard to fine they're all over the place, The store is always short of help no one is ever around to help you .The Bottino's Who own the store are never around . I called them to order a case of a certain product for the holidays but unfortunately they could not because they do not carry that product anymore, So I went to the shoprite in Glassboro And order it from that Store .
Was just at this shoo rite. Aisles are filled with duplicate items, so no variety. Also when checking out, and the cashier was done ringing my order, instead of assisting me to bag, she literally just stood there and watched me finish bagging, which took a good 6 minutes. I will not return to this shop rite ever again.
Rude employees! Lack of selection. Higher prices then nearby stores. Terribly cramped isles n brutal entrance n exit of parking lot. This place is a panic attack waiting to happen. I don’t understand how they’re still open n haven’t changed anything about the atrocious aspects of the store. Claustrophobic? Then don’t attempt to enter this place.
Love everything about this store. The layout is great, the cheese section is fabulous, they have a great selection of fresh pasta.. just love the Bottino's ShopRite.
