The Staff and Doctors make you feel like you're right at home. They're attentive to any questions or concerns that you may have. Even their answering service staff is amazing! We love the Staff here and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
The staff was so professional and extremely polite. I had a great experience coming in as a new expecting mother patient. From the receptionist to the nurse and my OBGYN they were all great!
Don't ever bother calling this office. They WILL NOT answer the phone and DO NOT call back. Love Dr. Suarez, but what's the point if you can never get through to them.
Absolute WORST staff. The doctors are great but forget about getting an appointment. They do not answer their phones and if you leave a message they will not call back. Then once you do get a hold of them you won't get an appointment for about a week. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Horrible staff! Very rude and make you feel like you are bothering them. They do not answer the phone, and take hours or days to call back. I had to go into the office to schedule a appointment. They had two people at the front desk. I stood there for 15 minutes, I finally asked the one lady if I could make a appointment, she said she was busy with two other people right now. The other lady was talking to the same women she had been talking to since I arrived, who had a million questions. Needless to say I left after 25 minutes of standing there without a appointment.
