When they first called to schedule, they said 12:45. Being I had to fast the whole day before, I asked for anything earlier. They said sure, 11:00 am.
If I didn't have to through the whole fasting and prep process, I would have walked out and rescheduled.
Their schedulers mislead you, telling you that your appointment is earlier than it is. Then you get to wait an hour or more before even being called back to prepare for the procedure. They have no respect for the patient's time.
After clearing my schedule for an 11:00 am appt, they call me at 10:45am and say they are running 30 minutes late, and to come in at 11:30. Ok, no big deal. I arrive at 11:30, and then wait in waiting room until 12:30 to get called back for prep! It seems to me they just appeased me by saying 11:00 when they scheduled me and they knew all along that 12:45 was the time I would get serviced.
Typical arrogance of those in the medical community. Their time is precious, and yours is meaningless.
