I wish I could choose no stars. I spoke to Samuel Graisbery who claimed to be the owner, after I requested to speak to a supervisor. One of this agents failed to inform me of a crucial point in the policy, that would result in additional cost and a delay in coverage. I was hoping he could help me solve the issue, instead he was rude, condescending and told me to go ahead and take my business elsewhere. So I did, I was able to find an amazing agent in a different area and had a wonderful experience. I do not recommend his branch at all, save yourself the time and aggravation, go somewhere else.
