Had to pay a storage fee for 3 days. Asked about payment methods. CASH ONLY. Ok. Driver got cash and handled to security. But "NO, we don't issue change!" you have to have the exact amount due, in cash, with no change! So, is this a "PAYMENT OPTION"?
Literally one of the worst of the worst of the Iaai franchises , rude employees , rude supervisor , avoid buying any salvage vehicle here it's not worth the time and they have access to people's accounts to ban them from buying cars so just avoid this place like the plague ...

Rude, supervisor tried to intimidate me and claimed she was following state motor vehicle regulations. I pulled them up on my phone and asked her what statue she was referencing. It quickly became obvious she was clueless.
