I only go for what I think the place is there for roast beef and as far as fast food version of it its ok but over priced compared to quality
The man who waited on us was so kind, generous and helped us find the best deal for our money. I believe he was a manager-what a great personality working with older customers very rare in this day and age. Thanks!
The food is always great, especially the limited time sandwiches. Oh, and they always get my order right. Can't beat that.
Ordered just two items: a chocolate shake without whipped cream and a half pound roast beef sandwich. Even that simple order they couldn't get right. Plus, the table was dirty and the bun was stale. And these clowns think they are worth $15.00 an hour? I should have gone across the street to Chick-fil-A where the food is better, and they always get my order right.
Almost everything is good here. Recently they have changed those marketing campaign and have introduced new menu items and limited time only foods and they are always good. Arbys is always doing something different and should not be looked over. Their roast beef and cheddar is their signature sandwich. If you need a healthy and tasty option, go for a plain roast beef sandwich.
