The WORST service that I've ever experienced in my entire life!!!! The wait time was excruciatingly long. So long, in fact, that the patrons were making remarks amongst each other. I thought that maybe John Quinones of 20/20's, What Would You Do, was going to pop out! I do have to say that the food was good but probably due in part to the long wait!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Terrible.. came in with my family on a Saturday evening.. tonight . Only ordered burgers .. they took over a hour the Waiter was a idiot and didn't have a clue and the management was hiding in back .. not acceptable I will be contacting the higher ups at Denny's now I see why u all closed down
Horrible service & it wasn’t even that busy. Servers were inattentive & unprofessional. When seated it took over 10 minutes to get our drinks started & over 30 minutes for food. Not once was our table checked on or even acknowledged when seated. Don’t waste your time here.
Denny's isn't a great place to eat but it is what it is. Everything feels kind of sticky like the tables and menus. Those menus feel like they have never been cleaned in forever. Came here on a Saturday or Sunday when I was craving pancakes and all the local diners had long wait times (obviously). To my surprise the pancakes weren't half bad at all. The server was a really great guy too...he was quick, really friendly and always had my coffee cup full.
Food was over cooked but cold, didn't have butter for pancakes nor ice cream for milkshakes and my sons hot chocolate was just chocolate coloured water. The server was a nice guy but was left alone on his 3rd day on the job and didnt know much of anything on the menu. We use to love this place but over the past year they have declined in quality and service and we will not be going back there.
