Great furniture, but they don’t tell you the actual truth regarding the protection plan. If anyone is looking to purchase any furniture from Ashley Furniture, DO NOT purchase the protection plan. It is a hoax and they don’t cover what the sales associates tell you it covers. You are basically paying them to get store credit back at the end of your term. I don’t usually post negative things about stores, but I hate the feeling of being cheated out of money. We had a scratch on a wood headboard and I was originally told those things would be covered, but the protection plan representative told me it only covers stains or ink marks. Stains on a wooden headboard... That makes a lot of sense. Had I known that was all it covered, I never would have been talked into purchasing it.
I recently can in to purchase a living room set for my new apartment. I was greeted by Mark, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the promotions going on in the store. He was helpful by discribing the store layout to me so I could quickly shop styles that worked for me. He took the time to give his personal opinion and choices I selected to help me narrow down to what I thought was best for my needs. Thank you Mark, Ashley's is lucky to have you!
Really happy with the selection. I was looking for something very specific and they had several options! Our sales person Jess was great. Listened and provided suggestion but wasn’t pushy or overbearing. Everyone who helped us made the experience wonderful. Great communication and customer service.

Me and my wife went in, got greeted at the door then started to walk around. The worker Mike came over and asked us a few questions. After we answered he showed us a few things and then we were on our own. I don't like people following me around when I'm shopping Especially salesman. When we were done looking we went over to Mike and explained what we wanted. He helped us in every which way possible. Transaction went fast and we were outta there. Thank u Mike. I was very pleased.
