Warning!! Never shop at this Dump location!! I ordered and PAID for 2 mattresses and only 1 was delivered; leaving me having to sleep on the floor in my new apt!!! Sales rep Dan never got back to me to resolve this issue!! Sales rep D. Casey never responded to my emails about my next delivery date!! Awful!! If I could give zero stars I would!!! Still waiting for delivery date!!!
DO NOT purchase furniture from this store. We ordered our pieces about a month ago, and they were supposed to be delivered last weekend. When they didn't come, we went to the store. The phones were ringing off the hook, and no one was answering. Explains why no one answered when we called. We were told our furniture was never put on the truck. Our salesperson and the manager were kind and offered free delivery, money off, and apologies. We took them up on their offer to wait an additional week for our furniture. Yesterday, we received one piece and not the other. The piece we're missing is THE FLOOR MODEL! That's the first piece that should have been delivered. We went back to the store yesterday, and the manager told us he can't refund us until today because the piece was listed as "in transit." Needless to say, we haven't received it, and now we're waiting for a call to get our refund. What a huge waste of time and a major inconvenience. We will never go back.
While sales staff was pleasent, knowledgeable, and polite, there is nothing that will make up for the misleading advertisement that will lead to the store expecting to save big. Claims of 70 to 80 percent off is just marketing hype. Expect good furniture at competitive prices.
Found a furniture set I liked it was $2,150 they were only willing to come down $100 off the price decided to continue to look I found a set and purchase it from elsewhere only later to get a coupon from the dump for 25% off which would be well over $500 instead of the 100 that they were only willing to come down, I don't really understand their pricing policy or they're negotiating abilities there but that is a large difference between the two prices
The experience was absolutely awful. They never processed my delivery date, so my furniture was not coming. After I told them to cancel the order, they guaranteed that they'd get it that night since we gave our furniture away. Our salesman took full responsibility, so I accepted their offer of getting it later that evening. The cashier was very kind and apologetic at first. I left disappointed since I lost a full day which they compensated me with a gift certificate for their store, but hopeful for the evening. After several calls to them, they assured me they'd know something by 3. At 5:15, I was told they lost my couch and hoped they'd have it the next day. Though the gentleman I spoke to at this point was WONDERFUL, I still had no furniture. I drove to the store and got my refund where they were not very nice about it. I told them I would possibly repurchase the furniture when they actually had it in their possession. They would not offer delivery of the furniture even though I initially had paid for it. The next day they called very rudely to tell me the furniture was actually in, at this point I decided I was going to shop somewhere else. Thankfully, my family and I made the best of it for a few days with no living room furniture, because not only did I get the couch and love seat cheaper but got an entire living room suit because the saleswoman was so kind and understanding. The quality of the furniture I purchased was even better than the one for The Dump. Unfortunately, the one gentleman and one male receptionist were wonderful, salesman was pretty good but the two cashiers where absolutely awful. They are your front line people which is hurting your overall experience. Best of luck to anyone shopping there. Be sure to check your prices, because you may find it cheaper, better quality and shipping much quicker.
