I just bought a brand new set of tables for my living room and I couldn’t be happier. When I walked into the store I was greeted by a very friendly designer named Dailey. She was very patient with me as we walked around the store and helped me find the furniture that would fit my apartment best.
Staff went over every option we could get for the space we had. They went over down payment options to keep us in budget. They also gave us plenty of time and privacy to discuss our plans. They were not pushy and try to make us look or buy anything we were not interested in. I also am currently breastfeeding my baby and the staff did not make me feel unwelcome or odd. They let me feed the baby with no hassle and came back over when he was finished eating.
Bill, our sales person, was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't feel pressured into a sale. We were even offered free in-home decor help. We were allowed to bring the fabric home for a quick color check. I can't wait to get our new La-z-boy furniture.
The store manager Chrissie took care of us today. Her knowledge in furniture and decorating was extremely helpful. We purchased two recliners and area rug and are very happy. She was terrific!
My husband and I have been looking around for some time now for a new sofa and lounge chair and by chance we saw the Lazy boy furniture store and decided to take a a look at what they had to offer not really expecting to place an order. We we're met at the door by Kristin, Store Manager. We explained what we were looking for and wound up placing our order. BECAUSE, she helped us pick out Fabric, for the couch and recliner along with fabric for the pillows. She spent the time necessary to gain our confidence in her advice. We were not left to roam the store with no one around to ask questions. We will definitely recommend this Lazy Boy location to all of our friends and family. The attention and service was outstanding.
