Best classes (lesmills) best instructors and the best atmosphere. The classes are tough, you will sweat and you will work hard, and the instructors are pros and are easy to follow. The class size is small which is part of the charm. You never feel intimidated or embarrassed. A lot of the same people have been coming since the day it opened. LesMills classes, master trainers and unlike any other gym I've ever been to. I love it there
