It is a good place to work out when they decide to open their doors on time its seem that if the Donkun Donuts next door can be open for business why can't the gym be open.I guess because the Donut shop does have our credit card on file and they have to be open to make money.
Best workout experience I've ever had. Personal training is incredibly focused and pushed you to your max everytime. Especially helpful when it comes to being in shape for a specific sport
