I had a billing issue that dragged on for over a month.. Everyone I spoke to on the phone promised to correct it, but for some reason or another it never got fixed.
I come around the same time every night & Mike is always here. He’s the best!! You can tell he’s very dedicated to his job, he is very helpful & is a great face for the company.

Just went to check out the new gym with my wife and daughter. Walked in, because the door was open and the worker had asked if we need help. Before I could answer, the Sale Manager Sheena, walked over and asked why somebody let us in, they are suppose to be closed. Mean will, there is about 10 workers and 15 other people checking out the gym. I can't believe the manager of a gym, that is not even fully open yet would be so extremely rude. If this is how they treat people, I would stay far away. There is a Planet Fitness two miles down the road that is opening soon. Im sure they would love new customers.
Went in to check it out and it seems really impressive. A nice layout with all the equipment you can think of. A little overwhelming actually. I talked to the manager Byron and he was very helpful and friendly.

I own a company and I know first hand how much that level of customer service is appreciated. I hope that this company takes notice and compensates their people accordingly.. I would hire these guys in a minute and consider ourselves lucky to have them.

I love the place. But the training that they offer are not budget friendly.. I mean who has 329 dollars a month to pay for training sessions for two half hour training session a week. That’s really expensive. It’s just sad.. especially if someone wants to get the results badly like I do. It’s really expensive.
The lady with the glasses, that pretended I wasn't there.. they can keep her..
I finally decided to just drive there and I was met by a rep named paul. VERY professional and attentive, Thank you paul.

I had to wait for a Manager to assist me. It was worth the wait. Bryon Wesley was the person who FINALLY, after a month, stepped in and personally corrected the problem. It only took him minutes to fix the problem. He thanked me for my patience. I actually felt bad that I had to take up his time with such non-sense. When I thanked him he simply said "I'm here to help people"
