I first made the mistake by going to Holman because they are close to me and I purchased three other BMW's in the past so I thought I established a relationship with them. Holman quoted me a new X5 Lease, I told the salesman that I was going to Turnersville to compare and he told me to enjoy the ride. When I walked into Turnersville I met Herb for the first time. His first offer was lower than Holman with no haggle. I then asked Herb if he could do better and he did. I then signed the paperwork and drove away with the car.
