When my dad and I entered the service center, we were NOT greeted warmly. This is not the actual area where you buy the chevy, but the place where you get it fixed.
I talked to Ricardo Bones (Service Advisor) and he was very very helpful.
In the end, we scheduled an appointment with him. It stinks that we had that encounter with Ricardo. I'm going to that appointment that we scheduled. If I see Ricardo talk to my dad like that again, there will be a problem.
I don't remember the name of the rude man who talked to us, but it's something like Ricardo Brody or Brady Ricardo... anyways we said we wanted to get our car fixed. It was our fault that we didn't schedule a session, but then again we didn't know. When we were getting "helped" by that heathen, he was snappy at us. My dad's English isn't very good and didn't really understand him. Ricardo was impatient with my dad and kept stating stuff we should not have done and said harsh words with our actions. Okay, so my dad had a couple of questions/mistakes. This is because he's not a mechanic like you are, RICARDO, so don't make my dad seem incompetent just because he was confused.
My sales man was Paul and he set me up with Will the finance guy and he saved me a lot of money. It was an awesome experience I'm send everyone I know to them so go see Paul and Will for a great experience
We do recommend Mr. Bones to be the employee of the month
he kept me updated about the service, He called to let us know how much it would cost us for the repair prior to start and called again with time we can get the car.
I came in to test drive and walked out with an amazing car. The staff is absolutely amazing and actually don't try to screw you over. Will that financed me actually ended up calling me back because he found me a better deal with the banks and saved me a ton of money!!!! I'm never buying a car anywhere else. The dealership was clean, bright and inviting. I was treated with courtesy and respect by all whom I came in contact with. My salesman, Lee Milstein, was very knowledgeable about all the products and was very patient with me as we test drove and talked about several different models and vehicles before I settled on my new car. The paperwork process, normally a chore, was very fast as Lee was very organized and prepared for all the signings needed to be done. The whole car-buying process went very smoothly and I would definitely recommend Chevrolet of Turnersville to my friends and family.

He should've been more understanding of our situation. My dad was very kind with that man. I am angry with how he treated him. If that man said one more snarky comment to my dad, I would've screamed at him. He's lucky my parents raised me well or else there would've been a fight at this stupid service center.
