Just going in checking out cars with my girl. Dealt with one very patient, cool sales rep, while we sat in cars, and another rep who was pushy. Left not really sure what we wanted. They didn't bother is ultimately much because we left without a business card.
With the concerns about my car and having spent a fair chunk of money to get my car repaired the past week, I was really upset to know that I'd have to bring in my car to fix something that I believed the service dept. had botched. I previously stated that the customer service has always been top notch, but I was never put in a difficult or disputed position with Prestige, until last week. Without hesitation, Brian offered to give my car a complimentary check-up. He made sure that my concerns about money were put to ease. I feel, no, I know Brian REALLY cares about customer service. It's the most respectable thing and I'm very happy to be working with him every time I bring in my car. Obviously no one wants to service their car on a regular basis but I'm glad that I have come in enough to meet such upstanding people.
The past two weeks my car had some minor issues, so I had to bring my car into the shop two times in the span of a week. The first time I came in was to repair the thermostat in the engine and get an oil change. After having my car returned and serviced the second time I noticed there was something off about it. Believing that the problem stemmed from the first service, I was pretty upset. At this point Brian J has been helping me out for the past couple times I've brought in my car, so we were familiar faces with each other. He's been nothing but an upstanding rep, and gentleman.
I wanted to take some time to write about my experience with Prestige. For the past couple years I have been servicing my car at Prestige and have always had a pleasurable experience. Chris Sherman use to take care of my services; I don't know where he's been recently but he was one of the main reasons I kept coming back. I can really see the service department really prides themselves on customer service.
This dealership is the worst dealership that I have EVER encountered. i WORKED IN CAR BUSINESS FOR TWO YEARS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS. They sold us a "certified" pre-owned vehicle that we had to get serviced over five times within the first 6 months. THIS LAST TIME THEY FIXED IT, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT BACK ON AFTER TWO DAYS. ENGINE STARTED SHAKING UNCONTROLLABLY AND VEHICLE SHUT UP. ESSENTIALLY, REFUSED SERVICE TO US AND NOW WE HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Our salesman was Damon. Horrible service, horrible staff, worst experience. $15,000 down the drain! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
Made an appointment with Justin,he was fast very helpful and got what i wanted,he even took care of my insurance transfer,in which last dealership told me to take care of that once i leave.I would come back and inform family and friends about my experience.

Justin Barner was my sales person. He's personalable, honest and knowledgeable on all the cars. He's certified to sell in both Volkswagon and Subaru which made it really helpful. He was able to compare the two cars I was interested in from both brands. He knew all the specs, pros and cons of each car. He was not pushing for a sales and gave me time to be confident in my purchase and the best price available. Thanks Justin!!
