I was only coming in to browse and get an idea for what I wanted, but I ended up walking out with a brand new car. Bill was absolutely fantastic! He was so personable and really had my best interests in mind. Bill really understood my situation (being a college student, working, trying to build my credit, and put the car in my own name, but not be totally swamped in debt) and helped put me in a car that suited my needs and I absolutely loved. Joe, the manager, was also great and helped me out the best he could do to bring the costs down. They helped me through the entire process, made me feel so comfortable with my decision, and went above and beyond. If you're looking to get a new car, these guys will without a doubt look out for you and not steer you wrong! (No pun intended lol)
What a joke of a dealership. Picked out a car, decided it was a decent deal and signed the paperwork since I lived about hour away (they refused to take deposit over the phone, should have stopped there). Went to pick up the check from my bank a few days later and drove back down a hour to pick up my new car. I tell them in the morning that I’ll be down in the afternoon. When I get down there, Bill Miliken or whatever his name is says “hey while you wait for finance office, I wanted to show you this small scratch on the back of the car I just noticed this morning.” Here we go. Keep in mind I texted them four hours prior to me coming down so they had enough time to let me know of this problem. I go outside and bam, the entire right side of the bumper was clearly hit with deep gashes and scrapes. He says they’ll provide a loaner car and take care of the problem. Of course I’m not happy and my mother who wanted to come see the car was also complaining and rightfully so. Bill decided to get a little cranky and started literally screaming at her saying “we don’t need you to buy this car!” It was the most immature thing I’ve see a grown man do, looked almost ready to cry and ran inside. Basically, telling us to hit the road. Really? That’s how this place treats paying customers? I was dropping off a check for over 16k and you yell at us for being upset because you clearly hit something? I drove four hours back and forth to make this deal happen and you’re going to talk to my mother in that tone? Don’t think so. Needless to say, contract was torn up and our family will never be doing business there. Avoid at all costs.
What an amazing dealership!! Debbie in the internet department and Bill Walsh my sales guy were both a pleasure to deal with!! They made the car buying process a breeze! I never thought I’d leave with a brand new car the same day! I love my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T Ultimate! The dealership really likes to make customers for life! Between the deal and the awesome customer service - this dealership is a breath of fresh air! I only wish I found them first instead of wasting time being treated horribly at other dealers! Thank you so much to the team at this dealership for being incredible!!
Overall great experience. Bill Walsh and I discussed exactly what I was looking for and it was worth the long drive I made. Debbie was terrific at staying in touch and arranging things and Nicole in the office was also a pleasure to work with. Five stars all around.
